Delete my data
Last updated: 1 September 2026
There is no account to close. Logo Rush never asked you for an e-mail address or a password. What exists is an anonymous player session, the nickname you chose, and the scores attached to it. This page explains how to have all of it erased.
Ce document est fourni en anglais. Vous pouvez nous écrire en français à contact@agence-weblia.com, nous vous répondrons en français.
1. Delete the data stored on your device
Uninstalling Logo Rush removes everything the app keeps locally: your anonymous session, your nickname, your settings and your best solo score. On Android you can also do it without uninstalling, from Settings → Apps → Logo Rush → Storage → Clear data.
Note that this makes your player session unrecoverable: any score already recorded on a leaderboard stays there under your former nickname until you also make the request below.
2. Delete the data stored on our servers
Send an e-mail to contact@agence-weblia.com with the subject "Logo Rush — data deletion request", and include:
- the nickname you play under;
- the approximate date and time of your last game, and the mode you played (solo, daily challenge, multiplayer room);
- anything else that helps us find the right records — the room code of a multiplayer game you played, or the scores you remember posting.
Because sessions are anonymous, these details are how we make sure we delete your data and not someone else's. We never ask for identity documents. If the information you send is not enough to identify a single player, we will tell you rather than guess.
3. What gets deleted
| Data | What happens |
|---|---|
| Anonymous player ID (Firebase Authentication) | Deleted. |
| Nickname stored on our servers | Deleted. |
| All-time leaderboard entry | Deleted. |
| Daily challenge scores and attempts | Deleted. |
| Multiplayer rooms you created or joined | Already deleted automatically, about two hours after the room's last activity. |
| Local settings and best solo score | Removed when you uninstall the app or clear its storage — we cannot delete these remotely, because we never receive them. |
| Technical logs held by our hosting provider | Expire on their own schedule, generally within a few weeks to a few months. They are not used to identify players. |
4. How long it takes
We acknowledge every request within a few days and complete deletion within 30 days at the latest, as required by the GDPR. You get a confirmation e-mail when it is done. Deletion is permanent: scores cannot be restored afterwards, and a deleted leaderboard entry does not come back.
5. If you only want part of it gone
You do not have to choose all or nothing. You can change your nickname yourself at any time in the app's settings, or ask us by e-mail to remove only your leaderboard entries while keeping the app usable. Just say what you want in your message.
6. Your other rights
Deletion is one of several rights you have over your data — access, rectification, portability, restriction and objection are described in section 8 of our Privacy Policy. All of them are exercised at the same address.
