Logo Rush

Terms of Use

Last updated: 1 September 2026 · Effective: 1 September 2026

In plain words. Logo Rush is a free trivia game published by Weblia. Play it, enjoy it, do not cheat, do not try to rip the logo pack out of it, and understand that we cannot promise a game served for free will never break. Nothing here takes away rights that consumer law gives you.

Ce document est fourni en anglais, langue de référence pour les plateformes de distribution. Pour toute question en français, écrivez-nous à contact@agence-weblia.com.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Weblia ("we", "us"), publisher of the Logo Rush mobile application and of this website (together, the "Service"). By downloading, opening or playing Logo Rush, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

1. Who may play

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, or older if the law where you live sets a higher age for consenting to online services on your own. If you are a minor, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

2. Your licence

We grant you a personal, worldwide, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to install and use one copy of Logo Rush on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. That is the whole of what you get: we sell you nothing and we transfer you no ownership.

3. What you may not do

4. Nicknames and fair play

The only content you provide is a nickname and your answers. By choosing a nickname you grant us the right to display it to other players, in multiplayer rooms and in the daily and all-time leaderboards, for as long as the corresponding scores exist.

We may remove a score, reset or hide a nickname, or block access to online features when we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken — in particular when a score could not have been obtained by playing honestly. Where circumstances allow, we will tell you why. You can dispute any such decision by writing to contact@agence-weblia.com.

5. Availability and changes

The Service is provided free of charge. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features — including the online leaderboards and multiplayer rooms — at any time, and we may stop distributing the app altogether. We will give reasonable notice in the app when a change materially reduces what the Service offers, unless the change is required for security or by law.

Multiplayer rooms and their contents are deleted automatically after about two hours of inactivity. Nothing in the Service is a backup service: do not rely on it to preserve anything.

6. Intellectual property

The Logo Rush application, its source code, its interface, its name and its own artwork belong to Weblia and are protected by copyright. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of it to you.

The brand names and logos used as game content belong to their respective owners. They appear for the sole purpose of identifying brands in a guessing game, without any affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement. Sources, licences and the removal procedure are set out on the trademarks & credits page.

7. Privacy

Playing Logo Rush involves an anonymous session, a nickname and your scores, as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, and the accuracy or completeness of the brand information shown in the game. Logos and brand names are collected from public sources and may be outdated or imperfect; the game is entertainment, not a reference work.

Nothing in this section limits the legal guarantees that consumer law grants you, in particular the French statutory guarantee of conformity.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, loss of data, loss of scores, or loss of profit arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability, where it cannot be excluded, is limited to fifty euros (€50), which reflects the fact that the Service is free.

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to limit.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app; see delete my data for what happens to the data left on our servers. We may terminate or suspend your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms. Sections 6, 8, 9 and 12 survive termination.

11. Terms required by the app stores

Apple App Store

These Terms are concluded between you and Weblia only, and not with Apple Inc. Weblia alone is responsible for Logo Rush and its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for the app. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the app; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app. Weblia — not Apple — is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation. Weblia is solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of any third-party claim that the app infringes that party's intellectual property rights. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You must comply with any applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the app. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce them against you.

Google Play

When you obtain Logo Rush from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply to that distribution. Google is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory protective provisions of the law of the country where you habitually reside. Disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, subject to the same reservation for consumers.

Before going to court, please write to us — most problems are a misunderstanding and a reply away. Consumers in the European Union may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.

13. Miscellaneous

If a provision of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. We may update these Terms; the date at the top reflects the current version and material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.
